Soft soft fall off bone chicken wing & chicken drumstick noodle (Bangkok)

I did some research and found out this particular noodle is the love of office worker around the shop area, and they are not beef noodle nor pork noodle but chicken noodle which not many shop is serving in Bangkok. So I make a plan to visit them but failed on my 2 attempt as they are either close without notice or sold out by late morning. So on my 3rd attempt I particular woke up early and out of hotel to ensure I got to sample their start food and pray they are open and I hit the jackpot!

I reach there pretty early and they are preparing for the shop to open and I saw a steam boat like pot and wonder is that what I am looking for, and turns out that is their secret weapon to their signature chicken noodle. I also found out they prepare the chicken wing and chicken drumstick, slow cook overnight and simmer them into soy sauce for the flavorful food. And when the lady boss remove the cover of the pot, all the wonderland fragrance just released into the air and it instantly made me swallow my oozing saliva.

I saw the chicken blood and I almost jumping for joy but I will not be able to take it as I have weak stomach in morning, but I still can whack their chicken wing and chicken drum stick. When the bowl of bee hoon soup reach my table, the aromatic soy sauce from the chicken wing and drumstick keep on attack my sense of smell and shouted at me “eat me! EAT ME!” But… I take my time and I sample the soup 1st, the soup is clear, light and very refreshing for a morning breakfast. Their bee hoon is slurpy and smooth and soft and easy to chew. And next their legendary chicken wing and chicken drumstick. OMG! they are so so so soft almost like tau fu (bean curd), it is also tender and very easy to chew even without teeth and it can just fall off from bone without evening biting hard on it. The chicken skin was also very silky soft like thin layer of jelly fish skin, it can just melt in your mouth. Both chicken wing and drumstick is also very flavorful with fragrance after tasting lingering in your mouth for some time.

This is a bowl of fantastic chicken noodle and best best in Bangkok in my opinion. Lastly, please avoid lunch crowd if you are not an early bird. Cheers! And i wonder beside the soy suace and what other ingredient or herbs they added into their pot of wander land.
