Simple lovely Coconut ice cream to cool you off (Chiang Mai)

It is always good to cool off in the afternoon from scorching sun or after a long walk along the street in Chiang Mai. And here is one street push cart ice cream you can have to cool yourself off, and he is located in front of a Chinese temple and within a popular local market called Warorot Market.

This push cart ice cream is something you can look forward. A friendly uncle is the man how run this little push cart serving ice cream to public, who need something cold to cool off during a hot day. I observed most of his customer order mainly coconut ice cream with topping. And needless to say, both I and my partner went for the coconut ice cream in cone; top with attap chee (Nipah Palm) and chocolate syrup.
The coconut is refreshingly cooling minus the subpar taste of a real coconut, it is just like any other coconut ice cream in a shell you can find in Bangkok’s JJ market (My No1. Bangkok real coconut ice cream link is HERE). But at least the cocnut ice cream is pretty creamy, and my partner loves the attap chee mix with the coconut ice cream. She can’t have enough and took my share away! I particularly loves the chocolate syrup on coconut ice cream because I am a chocolate lover, and one day I shall try coconut ice cream with Belgian chocolate. I believe that will be a deadly sinful concoction.

Well, this is a simple creamy, refreshingly cooling coconut t from a friendly uncle’s push cart, top with attap chee for the extra refresh punch. And I forgot to mention that my share also top with roasted peanut, crunchy and yummy!
