There many version of fried bee hoon and fried kway teow in Bangkok, and this one which I would consider one of the best around in Bangkok. This eatery serve nothing but just fried Kway or been hoon, and it comes in either dry or wet (with gravy) version. He is fast and swift in his action and waste no time to fried bowl after bowl or packet after packet for his hungry customer, who stream in steadily for his super wok hei delicious fried bee hoon or kway teow. This was what I observed after I order my share and sit down patiently to wait for my mouthing watering super wok hei fried bee hoon.
When I had my order being served to my table, and I swear (look at the photos attached) the vegetable serving is really generous and it looks so green and so fresh. Not wasting my time, i begin to tuck in and scoop up the vegetable to get my 1st blood on this super wok hei fried bee hood. Yup!, beside the greenly freshly looking generous amount of vegetable, The aromatic essence of wok hei will hit your sense of smell instantly with no delay. Yummy! the vegetable was fresh and crunchy on bite and juicy! Wait no further and I took anther bite on the bee hoon and men the another wave of super wok hei went straight into you smell nerves and refuse to leave, the wok hei will lingering for a while before it disappear into thin air. The bee hoon was friend to perfection with little char here and there, this springy, QQ and chewy bee hoon had made my day! The chicken slice is tender and chewy too and lastly the gravy, it was and mild spicy and do to gotget, they are mild sweet too because Thai like sweet taste.
