QQ Bar Chor Mee & soft soft fish ball ball (Singapore)

Chance upon this hawker stall when I was looking for food to eat during lunch time. Popular among Bedok North resident with Q that can snake up to 20m during mid morning high peak (went back this stall on a Sunday and OMG the Q damn long), he seriously serving up a good bowl of fish ball bar chor mee (fish ball minced pork noodle).

The owner chef take his cooking seriously as he does not take short cut to cook his noodle, so it takes a little longer to cook your bowl of yummy noodle but you will come back for more. When I 1st bite onto the fish ball, OMG is damn fluffy soft and has the right balance between softness and chewiness. And the prawn itself is tenderly fresh too with naturally sweetness oozing from the prawn. The chili does not over power the noodle and only little spicy, non chili lover should try the chili version since is not that spicy.

Noodle (Mee Pok) has the right springiness and is not soggy, it doesn’t stick to your teeth. Overall, they just went into my must eat whenever I am in the East and the Q does not snake that long. Definitely a must eat when you are around Bedok North area.

Weekend the Q can snake up to 20m
